Two existing stores a womenswear and a menswear location were merged into one shared retail environment, requiring a new, cohesive store design concept.
Denim plays a central role and was conceived as a distinct focal area within the store. While clearly defined as its own zone, the denim area acts as a connective element between the front area and the rear part of the store.
The overall layout was developed as a neutral and flexible framework, allowing womens and menswear to be repositioned within the store depending on commercial performance and changing requirements.
The concept includes layout definition, a coherent color and material strategy and was complemented by a curated selection of design furniture, art and objects.
